Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Guan Huai achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Hong Kong in June 2021. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work Mountain Living sold for HKD 61,200.00 (€ 6,647.91) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guan Huai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,625,000.00 (€ 189,843.33).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Guan Huai erzielte im Juni 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit Mountain Living für HKD 61.200,00 (€ 6.647,91) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guan Huai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.625.000,00 (€ 189.843,33).
