In October 2015 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included this untitled work by Gu Dexin. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 112,500.00 (€ 13,143.00), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gu Dexin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work B03 in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 1,940,000.00 (€ 179,158.24).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2015 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gu Dexin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 112.500,00 (€ 13.143,00) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gu Dexin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit B03 im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.940.000,00 (€ 179.158,24).
