Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Midinettes by Grigory Gluckmann was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 47,880.00 (€ 56,215.63) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Grigory Gluckmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Meditation in December 2015 with an auction result of GBP 341,000.00 (€ 463,061.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Midinettes von Grigory Gluckmann kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 47.880,00 (€ 56.215,63) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Grigory Gluckmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Meditation im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 341.000,00 (€ 463.061,61).
