However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Graciela Iturbide - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mujer ángel, Desierto de Sonora, México (Angel Woman, Sonora Desert, Mexico), which sold at auction in June 2019 for USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,697.55).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 4.940,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 65 %.
