Despite a disappointment, a good price for Glenna Goodacre
In February 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Nina by Glenna Goodacre for USD 1,375.00 (€ 1,208.37). This price was achieved in the auction The L.D. "Brink" Brinkman Collection Online at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Nina is the most expensive artwork by Glenna Goodacre that we have observed at auction so far.
