Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Senza Titolo by Giuseppe Spagnulo for EUR 4,750.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art at Sothebys in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Giuseppe Spagnulo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Senza Titolo in November 2005 with an auction result of EUR 24,180.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Senza Titolo von Giuseppe Spagnulo für EUR 4.750,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giuseppe Spagnulo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Senza Titolo im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 24.180,00.
