Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ritratto Del Conte Alessandro Reina by Giuseppe Molteni was sold in the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 16,800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Molteni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La festa ad un' immagine di Maria Vergine in campo aperto nella Brianza, which sold at auction in November 2015 for EUR 56,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ritratto Del Conte Alessandro Reina von Giuseppe Molteni wurde im Juni 2007 in der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 16.800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Molteni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La festa ad un' immagine di Maria Vergine in campo aperto nella Brianza beobachtet, die im November 2015 für EUR 56.000,00 versteigert wurde.
