Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Scorcio di paese con figure by Giuseppe Canella for EUR 2,200.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Canella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Corsia Dei Servi, Milan in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 175,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Scorcio di paese con figure von Giuseppe Canella für EUR 2.200,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Canella erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Corsia Dei Servi, Milan im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.000,00.
