Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giuseppe Canella could be acquired at Il Ponte in May 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti E Sculture Del XIX E XX Secolo auction, the work Scena portuale changed hands for EUR 3,300.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 5,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Canella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Corsia Dei Servi, Milan in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 175,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Canella konnte im Mai 2019 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti E Sculture Del XIX E XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Scena portuale für EUR 3.300,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Canella erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Corsia Dei Servi, Milan im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.000,00.
