Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2002 a collector was able to acquire the work A figure on a tree-lined path by Giulio Boetto for GBP 211.50 (€ 333.79). This price was achieved in the auction BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giulio Boetto achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La vecchia fontana in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 3,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August 2002 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A figure on a tree-lined path von Giulio Boetto für GBP 211,50 (€ 333,79) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giulio Boetto erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La vecchia fontana im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.400,00.
