Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Lot comprising five mixed media on paper. All signed and dated 1991 (cm 70x50, cm 50,5x48,9, cm 70x50, cm 70x50, cm 70x50) (5) by Giuliano Vangi. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,600.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,300.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuliano Vangi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Uomo In Piedi in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 144,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lot comprising five mixed media on paper. All signed and dated 1991 (cm 70x50, cm 50,5x48,9, cm 70x50, cm 70x50, cm 70x50) (5) von Giuliano Vangi zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.600,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.300,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuliano Vangi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Uomo In Piedi im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 144.750,00.
