Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Casa fra i cespugli by Giovanni Omiccioli was auctioned at Christies in Milan in November 2000. Here, the upper estimate of ITL 2,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for ITL 2,232,500.00 (€ 2,054.29). Admittedly, works by Giovanni Omiccioli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Piazzale diPonte Milvio in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 16,740.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Casa fra i cespugli von Giovanni Omiccioli kam im November 2000 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von ITL 2.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für ITL 2.232.500,00 (€ 2.054,29) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giovanni Omiccioli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Piazzale diPonte Milvio im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.740,00.
