Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giovanni Francesco Guerrieri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Vertumnus Offering Fruits To Pomona, which sold at auction in May 2005 for EUR 144,000.00.
