A top price for Gioacchino Banfi - as previously expected
The work Fanciulla Col Fiocco Rosso by Gioacchino Banfi was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in December 2007. The result of EUR 4,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Fanciulla Col Fiocco Rosso is the most expensive artwork by Gioacchino Banfi that we have observed at auctions so far.
