Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Urvasi E Gilgamesh by Gino de Dominicis was sold in the Contemporary Art | Milan auction at Sothebys in Milan in November 2020. The price achieved of EUR 22,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gino de Dominicis achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Senza Titolo in June 2020 with an auction result of EUR 492,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Urvasi E Gilgamesh von Gino de Dominicis wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art | Milan bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 22.680,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gino de Dominicis erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Senza Titolo im Juni 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 492.500,00.
