Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2014 Artcurial held the auction Urban Art, which included the work The Arising#5, 2013 by Gilbert1. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,950.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Gilbert1 have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2015 the work Extracted From Chaos - 2012 was auctioned for EUR 3,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Arising#5, 2013 von Gilbert1 zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.950,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Gilbert1 konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2015 die Arbeit Extracted From Chaos - 2012 für EUR 3.900,00 versteigert.
