In March 2009 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now - 'Art from the 19th, 20th & 21st centuries', which included the work A Good Day'S Hunting; And A Horseman Conversing With Travellers by Gijsbertus Craeyvanger. The result of EUR 2,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gijsbertus Craeyvanger - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A halted carriage with Utrecht in the distance, which sold at auction in September 2007 for EUR 5,250.00.

Im März 2009 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now - 'Art from the 19th, 20th & 21st centuries' durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Good Day'S Hunting; And A Horseman Conversing With Travellers von Gijsbertus Craeyvanger zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 2.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00.
