The result of EUR 1,200.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Balla achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Automobile In Corsa in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 11,477,000.00 (€ 8,435,249.15).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Studio sul Tevere; parte del trittico sul Tevere von Giacomo Balla kam im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.200,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Balla erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Automobile In Corsa im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.477.000,00 (€ 8.435.249,15).
