In November last year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Contemplazione; Il silenzio della campagna; Ritratto di Elica - studio by Giacomo Balla. The result of EUR 1,800.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,800.00 – 2,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Balla achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Automobile In Corsa in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 11,477,000.00 (€ 8,435,249.15).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Contemplazione; Il silenzio della campagna; Ritratto di Elica - studio von Giacomo Balla zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.800,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.800,00 – 2.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Balla erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Automobile In Corsa im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.477.000,00 (€ 8.435.249,15).
