Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2001 a collector was able to acquire the work Composition with nude by Gerrit van 't Net for NLG 470.00 (€ 205.66). This price was achieved in the auction PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS AT THE KUNSTFABRIEK at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of NLG 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerrit van 't Net achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Orso in December 2001 with an auction result of EUR 70,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2001 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Composition with nude von Gerrit van 't Net für NLG 470,00 (€ 205,66) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS AT THE KUNSTFABRIEK bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von NLG 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerrit van 't Net erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Orso im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 70.500,00.
