Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerd Arntz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spiegel in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 80,600.00.

Die Arbeit „Cabaret“. von Gerd Arntz wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Sommer 2021 - Sander Collection bei Grisebach versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.000,00 und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerd Arntz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spiegel im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 80.600,00.
