Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 4,780.00 (€ 6,861.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Georgii Anatol'evich Pozhedaev have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Costume designs for three warriors in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 22,100.00 (€ 30,945.72).
