Auction result well in line with expectations
In December this year Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sans titre - 1954 by Georges Koskas. The price achieved of EUR 5,117.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Georges Koskas have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March last year the work Points - 1951 was auctioned for EUR 6,298.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre - 1954 von Georges Koskas zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.117,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Georges Koskas konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März letzten Jahres die Arbeit Points - 1951 für EUR 6.298,00 versteigert.
