Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Still Life With A Glass Vase Of Flowers, Circa 1785 by Georges Frédéric Ziesel for GBP 750.00 (€ 886.41). This price was achieved in the auction The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures, Part III at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges Frédéric Ziesel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Au Vase De Fleursgeorge Frederik Ziesel ; Still Life With Flowers ; Signed And Dated Lower Left ; Oil On Glass in June 2011 with an auction result of EUR 30,750.00.

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures, Part III bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00.
