Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portement De Croix by Georges Desvallières was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2011. The price achieved of EUR 372.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges Desvallières achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Sainte Famille in December 2009 with an auction result of EUR 4,463.00.

Die Arbeit Portement De Croix von Georges Desvallières kam im Oktober 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 372,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 400,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georges Desvallières erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Sainte Famille im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.463,00.
