Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Scottish landscape by George Telfer Bear was sold in the BRITISH AND VICTORIAN PAINTINGS, INCLUDING SCOTTISH PICTURES auction at Christies in London in March 2001. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 646.25 (€ 1,042.79). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Telfer Bear achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Fruit And Flowers in April 2007 with an auction result of GBP 7,440.00 (€ 10,893.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Scottish landscape von George Telfer Bear wurde im März 2001 in der Auktion BRITISH AND VICTORIAN PAINTINGS, INCLUDING SCOTTISH PICTURES bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 646,25 (€ 1.042,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von George Telfer Bear erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Still Life With Fruit And Flowers im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.440,00 (€ 10.893,12).
