Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Georg Pauli could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (Roman Bath/Odalisque) changed hands for SEK 880,000.00 (€ 84,152.79) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 1,000,000.00 – 1,200,000.00. Other works by Georg Pauli have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2014 by the work "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (The Roman Bath/Odalisque) at SEK 980,000.00 (€ 107,019.72).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Georg Pauli konnte im Juni 2020 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wechselte die Arbeit "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (Roman Bath/Odalisque) für SEK 880.000,00 (€ 84.152,79) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 1.000.000,00 – 1.200.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Georg Pauli wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2014 die Arbeit "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (The Roman Bath/Odalisque) mit SEK 980.000,00 (€ 107.019,72).
