The work Ponte Santa Trinita, Florence, dusk by Georg Pauli was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2019. It achieved a price of SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,428.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georg Pauli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (The Roman Bath/Odalisque) in June 2014 with an auction result of SEK 980,000.00 (€ 107,019.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ponte Santa Trinita, Florence, dusk von Georg Pauli kam im Juni 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.428,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georg Pauli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Romerskt bad"/"Odalisk" (The Roman Bath/Odalisque) im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 980.000,00 (€ 107.019,72).
