Auction result fails to reach estimate
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Am Fjord by Georg Anton Rasmussen for EUR 2,838.00. This price was achieved in the auction Alte Kunst at VAN HAM and was even lower than the EUR 3,500.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Georg Anton Rasmussen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Morgennebel im Fjord in November 2011 with an auction result of EUR 15,480.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Am Fjord von Georg Anton Rasmussen für EUR 2.838,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Alte Kunst bei VAN HAM erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von EUR 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Georg Anton Rasmussen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Morgennebel im Fjord im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.480,00.
