Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2017 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Eugène & Géna Pechaubès Studio, which included the work "Trotteurs, 1950" by Géna Péchaubès. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 500.00 – 600.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 510.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Géna Péchaubès - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lot d'huiles sur isorel, sur carton et sur panneau., which sold at auction in May 2017 for EUR 1,786.00.

Im Mai 2017 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Eugène & Géna Pechaubès Studio durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Trotteurs, 1950" von Géna Péchaubès zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 500,00 – 600,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 510,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Géna Péchaubès mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lot d'huiles sur isorel, sur carton et sur panneau. beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für EUR 1.786,00 versteigert wurde.
