Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Gary Lawrence Niblett could be acquired at Bonhams in Los Angeles in February 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The L.D. "Brink" Brinkman Collection Online auction, the work Taos Dancer changed hands for USD 1,062.50 (€ 933.74) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gary Lawrence Niblett achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Santa Fe Arrival in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,167.33).
