Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & British Works on Paper, which included the work The Kiss Of Judas by Gabriel Weyer. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,744.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Gabriel Weyer have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2018 the work The Kiss Of Judas was auctioned for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 4,905.34).
