A top price for Fukui Ryonosuke - as previously expected
In March 2000 Christies in New York held the auction Japanese and Korean Art, which included the work Nude by Fukui Ryonosuke. The price achieved of USD 6,900.00 (€ 7,207.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Nude is the most expensive artwork by Fukui Ryonosuke that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im März 2000 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Japanese and Korean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nude von Fukui Ryonosuke zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.900,00 (€ 7.207,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Nude das teuerste Kunstwerk von Fukui Ryonosuke, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
