Auction result misses estimated price range
In July this year a collector was able to acquire the work A view of a valley in Harzen by Fritz Petzholdt for DKK 11,000.00 (€ 1,475.32). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Fritz Petzholdt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work “En Kulmile i Nærheden af Ilsenburg” in April this year with an auction result of DKK 70,000.00 (€ 9,390.40).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A view of a valley in Harzen von Fritz Petzholdt für DKK 11.000,00 (€ 1.475,32) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fritz Petzholdt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit “En Kulmile i Nærheden af Ilsenburg” im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 70.000,00 (€ 9.390,40).
