In March this year Bonhams held the auction 19th Century and British Impressionist Art, which included the work Winter landscape with travellers near a farm by Frederik Marinus Kruseman. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 19,125.00 (€ 21,758.38), 59% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederik Marinus Kruseman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Winter Landscape With Skating Figures Near A Castle in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 516,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 59 % übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion 19th Century and British Impressionist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter landscape with travellers near a farm von Frederik Marinus Kruseman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 19.125,00 (€ 21.758,38) und damit 59% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frederik Marinus Kruseman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Winter Landscape With Skating Figures Near A Castle im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 516.000,00.
