Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of GBP 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,265.01). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederik Marinus Kruseman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Winter Landscape With Skating Figures Near A Castle in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 516,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Winter landscape with skaters near a dilapidated castle von Frederik Marinus Kruseman kam im Juli 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.265,01) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frederik Marinus Kruseman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Winter Landscape With Skating Figures Near A Castle im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 516.000,00.
