In July 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Art Online, which included the work Still Life With Peach And Plums by Frederick Stone Batcheller. The result of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,796.95) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Frederick Stone Batcheller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grapes in a Basket in September 2009 with an auction result of USD 12,500.00 (€ 8,544.09).

Im Juli 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion American Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With Peach And Plums von Frederick Stone Batcheller zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.796,95) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frederick Stone Batcheller auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grapes in a Basket im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 8.544,09).
