Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2011 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now, Art from the 19th, 20th and the 21st Centuries, which included the work Marat by Franz Ringel. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Franz Ringel have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2016 the work Die Wuchtbrumme. was auctioned for EUR 5,000.00.

Im März 2011 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now, Art from the 19th, 20th and the 21st Centuries durch, in der auch die Arbeit Marat von Franz Ringel zur Versteigerung kam.
