The work Dunes with houses beyond; A cliff with a village beyond; A cliff with a waterfall; and A cliff with shrubs by Franz Kobell was worth GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,499.44) to a buyer in December 2016. This price was achieved in the auction Old Master Drawings and British Drawings and Watercolours at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Franz Kobell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ideale Landschaft bei aufziehendem Gewitter., which sold at auction in December 2008 for EUR 25,000.00.

Die Arbeit Dunes with houses beyond; A cliff with a village beyond; A cliff with a waterfall; and A cliff with shrubs von Franz Kobell war einem Käufer im Dezember 2016 GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.499,44) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Old Master Drawings and British Drawings and Watercolours bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 um ein Vielfaches.
