The work Salvaging the wreck on the foreshore below Peel Castle, Isle of Man by Franz Emil Krause was auctioned at Bonhams in London in April last year. The price achieved of GBP 1,083.75 (€ 1,292.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00.
