Auction result misses estimated price range
In September this year a collector was able to acquire the work Interior with a young woman reading by Frants Henningsen for DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.21). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of DKK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frants Henningsen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Summer's Day on Hornbæk Beach in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 51,305.95).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Interior with a young woman reading von Frants Henningsen für DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,21) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frants Henningsen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Summer's Day on Hornbæk Beach im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 51.305,95).
