In October 2017 Lempertz in Cologne held the auction Lempertz projects, which included the work Ohne Titel by Frantisek Kyncl. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 397.00 32% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frantisek Kyncl achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „BILD XIV“ in July 2021 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2017 führte Lempertz in Köln die Auktion Lempertz projects durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ohne Titel von Frantisek Kyncl zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 397,00 und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frantisek Kyncl erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „BILD XIV“ im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
