Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Leading cows into pasture by Frans Langeveld was auctioned at Christies in London in August 2003. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 881.25 (€ 1,265.24). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frans Langeveld achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Skaters On The Brink, Laren in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 43,500.00.

Die Arbeit Leading cows into pasture von Frans Langeveld kam im August 2003 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 881,25 (€ 1.265,24) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frans Langeveld erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Skaters On The Brink, Laren im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 43.500,00.
