A top price for Frank Stone - as previously expected
The work The Proposal by Frank Stone was auctioned at Sothebys in London in July 2007. The auction ended at the price of GBP 12,000.00 (€ 17,822.77), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Proposal is the most expensive artwork by Frank Stone that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit The Proposal von Frank Stone kam im Juli 2007 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 12.000,00 (€ 17.822,77) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00.
