In November 2010 Christies in London held the auction Travel and Vintage Posters, which included the work Out Of The Running by Frank Beatty. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,838.12), 58% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Frank Beatty; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Out Of The Running sold at auction in November 2015 with the realized price of GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,916.97).

Im November 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Travel and Vintage Posters durch, in der auch die Arbeit Out Of The Running von Frank Beatty zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 2.375,00 (€ 2.838,12) und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Frank Beatty; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Out Of The Running im November 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.916,97).
