Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,544.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by François-Louis Français achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vue De La Baie De Nicefrançois-Louis Français ; View Of The Bay Of Nice ; Signed Lower Right ; Oil On Canvas in June 2012 with an auction result of EUR 19,950.00.
