Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 420.00 (€ 614.93) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by François Boitard have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Douze Dessins Représentant Des Scènes De L'Ancien Testament: Scènes De L'Histoire De Joseph in April 2013 with an auction result of EUR 5,750.00.

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 420,00 (€ 614,93) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
