Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Franco Rubartelli could be acquired at Bonhams in New York in August last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the PhotographsSummer Cut auction, the work Veruschka, for French "Vogue" changed hands for USD 382.50 (€ 380.03) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franco Rubartelli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Veruschka in Yves Saint Laurent Safari, 1968 in May 2015 with an auction result of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 19,117.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Franco Rubartelli konnte im August letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion PhotographsSummer Cut wechselte die Arbeit Veruschka, for French "Vogue" für USD 382,50 (€ 380,03) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franco Rubartelli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Veruschka in Yves Saint Laurent Safari, 1968 im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 19.117,93).
