Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Il monello by Franco Bargiggia for EUR 800.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franco Bargiggia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Allegoria del Teatro in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 9,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Il monello von Franco Bargiggia für EUR 800,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franco Bargiggia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Allegoria del Teatro im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.000,00.
