Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
The work Res Gestae by Franco Angeli was worth EUR 30,000.00 to a buyer in May 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Reborn: Modern and Contemporary at Christies in Milan and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Franco Angeli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Fiore Partigiano (Partisan Flower) in October 2017 with an auction result of GBP 181,250.00 (€ 206,660.48).
Kunstwerk zum Vierfachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit Res Gestae von Franco Angeli war einem Käufer im Mai 2021 EUR 30.000,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Reborn: Modern and Contemporary bei Christies in Mailand erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Franco Angeli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Fiore Partigiano (Partisan Flower) im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 181.250,00 (€ 206.660,48).
